Hello, I'm Simon Schwab founder of Play in the Space.

I’ve delivered political reforms, built businesses and led successful teams. As a strategic advisor, having worked for 20 years in business and government, I offer experience and judgement.

Through a process of structured decision making my work ensures strategy is delivered consistently, alongside (if needed) the latest AI tools, which provide predictions that support good decisions.

This work results in organisations which are able to compete more effectively or achieve better outcomes for those who seek to do some good.

Being consistent with strategy is the challenge. Business owners and leaders have competing demands, the operational and strategic.

As a fractional (i.e. affordable) resource, I offer another pair of hands and a new perspective to ensure strategy is well defined and then delivered.

Given my experience in politics, my sweet spot is working for organisations affected by government policy.
